Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days after payment is cleared.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Address Responsibility

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or delivery refusal, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

We will contact you and collect the re-shipping fee before dispatching the package again.

International Shipments

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees incurred upon delivery.

Items shipped via FedEx or UPS cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address.

Damaged Packages

If the product or its packaging appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept the parcel. Instead, contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can take the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

Due to the custom nature of our gaskets, custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
